Dizzy Dust Coarse is an all purpose barbecue seasoning for roasts and larger cuts.

Description

Essentially the same recipe as our regular Dizzy Rub, but we’ve bumped up the ingredients to their coarsest grinds so they can stand up when applied to large pieces of meat. Pork butts and picnic roasts, beef briskets and other large cuts will benefit from a coating of this flavorful, balanced barbecue rub.

Best Used On

Pork butts, ribs, burgers, pork chops and chicken.

Dizzy Dust Coarse contains none of the top ten listed allergens. Contains chilies, celery seed, onion and garlic (which some folks have sensitivities to).
